When I was young I was told that the "girls" like tough ,macho guys. Nerds will never get the "girls". As I have aged I found that the girls tire of the lack of a future with "macho men". Todays intelligent ,sophisticated woman like the prospects of having someone with a half an ounce of brains. The nerds apparently have ambition, goals, and aspirations. But more importantly they know how to plan to make their life more successful and to achieve these objectives. "Isn't this a characteristic of a good chess player also, this ability to plan?" Maybe its best to be partially "nerdy" and "macho" When it comes to women the most complicated chess program in the world pales in comparison to the complications one can experience when dealing with the "opposite sex". Partially Macho,Partialy Nerdy,Partially Confused Paul
