No ... the only restriction is on the autoplayer ... it will only work
with
a) book on harddisk (no matter which book, but learning enabled)
b) Fritz 5 CD-ROM for some 5 piece endgames
c) 44 MB hash tables (I don't know if this figure is correct?)
