Sorry.  I forgot that logpath must be on the command line.  It is necessary
because the log file must be opened before the crafty.rc file can be processed
since that file causes logging activity itself.

note that \a\b\c was an example.  That directory _must_ already exist.  If it
doesn't then things will break.
