Thanks Pete and >Bob. > >Jim You can get rid of the extra log files by using the following winboard options: -initString "" -xreuse I am working on a better fix for this, but what is happening is that Crafty is getting an extra "new" command at the start of a game, and that causes it to roll to a new log file even though no game has been played with the current log.
