Oh well, I guess I'll go see how >much they are getting for Fritz6a now :( I actually play the programs more than I match them together. I can get that kind of match score here, as there are plenty of people who match engine vs engine. I own quite a few programs, and I must say the most enjoyable to actually play against is the Rebel products. I don't win many games, but I can tell my chess game _is_ improving. I probably only have a 5-1,000,000 record vs chess programs, but I am starting to get many draws, as I am starting to understand the blunders I used to make. I now know when a draw is a good result in a poor position, and when I totally messed up a good position, and where I started to go wrong. I have spent possibly hundreds of dollars on chess programs, yet I play almost every one of them. To me whether I have a PII 300, or an AMD T-Bird 1.2 Ghz, I know the program is still going to beat me...
