When did the Athlon become dual? Last night on FICS there was a Crafty playing using a dual Althon 1.2 Ghz system. The knps were insane. I think out of the 50 or sixty games I watched at varying time controls, I think I saw it only lose 1 game, and no draws. How much faster would a dual Athlon 1.2 Ghz be against Bob's computers? I believe at one point the dual Athlon was reaching 1400-1500 knps in the middlegame. My PII 933 only gets about 500-750 in the middle game so seeing those numbers was kind of impressive. For the life of my, I can't remember the account name it was played under.
