Thanks, John.
I just downloaded the patch, but before I install it, could you answer this
question:  does the patch make it so CM8000 can only run if the CD is inserted
at all times.  As has been discussed here in several places, despite the
documentation stating the CD has to be in the drive at all times, in practice
the program works fine without it (if you've done a full install).  Does the
patch change that?
