Dear Mr. Hyatt, Wcrafty-18.3 is reporting the reverse of the score value during analysis and match play. For example, if White is clearing winning the game, with a score of +- 7.50, Wcrafty-18.3 (as Black) will show a value of -+7.50 (that Black is winning!) This same reverse valuation appears for all score values, large or small, and it's clearly not just a difference of valuation between two engines -not with values like +-7.50 and -+7.50 I have tried this with a number of positions where the advantage is large and obvious, and Crafty reports the opposite valuation. Of course, this may just be a "printout" bug, not a valuation bug. I noticed this same bug in earlier versions of Crafty-18. This "bug" was not present in version 17 when using the Fritz6 GUI. System: Celeron 333mhz, 96MB, using Fritz6 GUI. Regards, John Hatcher
