Subject: CM8k patch - too many engines open in Game Room

In Game Room, infinite time, with a human vs human game in progress:

Even without any special user windows open, there is one king engine active as
indicated by the Ctrl-Alt-Delete task window. There is no reason for it to be
active in a human vs human game! I don't think it should be open.

Then if the Visual Thinking window is opened (Chessmaster button selected), or
the Thinking Lines window (Chessmaster box checked), a second king engine is
activated. With two king engines running simultaneously, that will slow
things down greatly. It makes use of those special windows impractical.

Only one king engine was active with the original CM8k in this situation, so the
patch has apparently introduced a new bug in that regard.

I'm also now finding that with a user-defined personality as one of the players,
three king engines may be active!? Again, I don't believe that is necessary.
It didn't work that way in the original CM8k, so it is apparently a bug
introduced by the patch.

In summary, it seems that because too many engines are opened by the Thinking
Lines and Visual Thinking windows, they slow things down too much and are
impractical to use.
