Perhaps White still has a forced win after

1. Re5+ Kg6 2. Re6+ Kg7 3. Re3 Kf6 4. Rf3+

[D]8/8/5k2/8/3r3P/3P1RK1/8/8 b

a.  4. ... Ke5 5. h5 (with the threat of K -> 2nd rank and Rh3)
b.  4. ... Kg5 5. Kf2 (sac'g the h pawn and bringing the K to e3)

My intuition suggests that both variations look good for White. If so, previous
comments rationalized by 1) insufficient depth and 2) Null move not turned off.
My understanding is that Crafty uses Null move unless no pieces present.
Zugzwang seems very plausible throughout this ending.
