Wait a second. Maybe the page is designed with something Microsoft-centric,
for example Active-X. In that case, of course nobody does it better than
Microsoft.
As for Outlook, do you know that attachments in Outlook (even a simple text
file) can't be read by other programs? I imagine Bill Gates said: "So you
people say Outlook is buggy and virus prone. Now let's see if you can live
without Outlook."
