I'm pretty sure it's just the standard telnet port. But I think the problem may
be tmseal. I think what tmseal does is actually run a small proxy server of its
own, and this cascade of proxy servers seems to cause some connection problems.

What you might try is running SOCSCAP, see
http://www.tim-mann.org/xboard/FAQ.html#[B.19] for more details. I have not
tried it, because it seemed like more trouble than it was worth.

I think the best solution (and the one I am currently investigating) is to get a
router with NAT. I don't see any reason why this setup wold not work. However,
do not take this as my iron clad guarantee :-).

If you happen to go either route, I'd be curious to see how it turns out.
