Same thing here.  I use Netscape, and it's no problem at all receiving
attachments from Outlook Express users.  An attachment is an attachment, it
doesn't have much to do with the browser it comes from or goes to, the OS
either.

There will be some Netscape users who don't know what to do with the attachments
once they get them, that's a posibility.
