I have never seen this message, but I know I have coded it a long time ago. Comet allocates a fixed size array for the move stack. Having done a ply, it checks whether there may be still enough space left for another iteration. In case of doubt, this message will be printed and the next iteration will not be started. Probably, the engine hadn't really crashed yet in your case, but it would if the search would continue. Uli
