Of course you do have a video card, but an onboard video card. Beware of putting a separate video card together with that, as there might develop conflicts between the two. Most of the time onboard video card tap a fixed amount of RAM resources from your physical RAM. I'd stick with finding updated drivers at your MB's website and maybe increase Windows swap file use.
