I doubt that there is anything like that. I think I saw somewhere that you can now get Nalimov TB on CDrom collections too. Don't know where I saw that, it might have been in the Winboard Ticker http://www.in-trier.de/~quisinsky/news.htm or it might have been in Gambitsoft's stuff, I think it had something to do with Gambitsoft.
