Dave,
The install option you chose did not place the intro movie on your
hard-drive. I think this is fine, especially for those conserving disk space.
Also I think I only saw the intro movie installed when I did a custom install
and let all files come forward. However, I found this too space consuming. IMO
it's better to do Typical install and change to CD#2 when requested.
(I did not email as maybe someone else is interested).
