Dave,

It looks better for black.  Do you have 10-man tablebases?  There are ten pieces
on the board.

If you were playing Kasparov or Shirov or Karpov with either color then I think
that you might lose.

With best play I would say that this is draw because neither side has
overwhelming positional advantages.  Black's pawns are more advanced.  I see no
reason why black did the checking move other than there was nothing better.
