After Rf1 it's a dead draw IMO. No edge for either side. How does white respond?
If Kg5 I'd just answer Rf2 and if Ke3 instead I'll race my f-pawn with a timely
f4-f3. I say timely as I haven't actually worked out any real lines, that's just
my assessment at first glance. The c-pawn is still on c2 and has a long way to
go before becoming a problem.
