Nobody has 10-man tables.

If black plays Rf1+, and white makes a sensible response, you can remove white's
c-pawn from the board and black should not be able to win.

3 vs 2 on the same side is not a win, and black's pawns are somewhat devalued
due to doubled g-pawns.

So if it's not a win for black with the c-pawn gone, we can ask if it's a win
for white with the c-pawn still there.

I think that after ... Rf1, if white goes Kg5, black goes ... Rf2 and there's a
general exchange of pawns, and even if white wins all three of black's, in
exchange for white's k-side pawns, we're still talking a draw because black's
king is not going to get seriously cut off from the c-pawn.

After ... Rf1, if the white king comes back to g3 or e3, my bet is that black
can still trade 3 for 2 k-side without getting too far away from the c-pawn.

The c-pawn is an advantage for white, but black's rook can get behind it when
necessary, white's can't, and black's king is more apt to be able to block it
than white's is apt to be able to support it.

I don't have concrete lines, I didn't run this through a computer, and I have a
101 degree fever.
