Subject: Why does Crafty play Ng4, yet Gandalf plays Be8?

Crafty plays Ng4, when it is clearly a losing move. Gandalf plays Be8 to capture
the rook, why such a difference, when most programs I have tried play Gandalf's
move, and don't even consider the Crafty losing move.
