That's perfect! We are doing some openingsresearch. In my
interface/database we got Crafty working as analyzing engine (via
the pipe stuff). The idea is to let Crafty automatically play with
our book on ICS to measure the strength of our book against
other players.

I intend to make a pure text based version (with Crafty in it as playing
engine) and connect it to Winboard.

So far we discovered that manual operating is a big disadvantage :)
We hope to gain a few hundred FICS by autoplay (so did GNUUPIE, also
a Crafty).

Current rating is 2250 FICS on a P166.
