Crafty would play g6, which seems better than opening the center. And it plays Ra3 rather than Rb4. Crafty abandons Rxb4 at the .08 second mark and never considers it again. Instead of Rxb4, it first likes Rc8 which gets a little worse over time until it changes to Ra3 showing a slight advantage for black. Can't understand Rxb4 at all, although things were very difficult for Shredder by that point anyway. Programs will have this kind of problem for a long time as recognizing that kind of attack is very difficult... And after they recognize it they then have to do something about it which is even more difficult. :)
