Subject: What is the difference between these 2 PV's

I was wondering if there is any difference between the following 2 PV's.  Crafty
17.? suggests Ke4 for the following position but I would be interested to know
if there is any pro or con to Kd4 of the same position.  It is important that
the evaluation be the same for both pv's.  If there isnt a difference anybody
see a reason why you would take one over the other?

The evaluation is:

8/8/4k3/8/8/4K3/3BB3/8 w - - acd 4; acn 9; acs 1; ce 32742; pv Ke4

[D]8/8/4k3/8/8/4K3/3BB3/8 w - -
