This is a very good program. It is very cheap and reliable. All chess programs
will have their own bugs. We are just hearing a lot of complains from some(and
few) nit picking customers who would peruse this program carefully and if
applicable, using a powerful microscope. This program is worth buying for
beginners and masters, I believe. I know of one Filipino master who loves the
chessmaster series very much. It can take into its GUI almost all of the
strongest winboard engines. Believe me, this program has a "cool" feeling
whenever you play against it. It's like that feel whenever you get your grip on
that expensive golf club you can't afford or that luxurious car you had test
driven before but never thought of buying it and at the same time dismaying the
car salesman who thought of you as an easy killing.. Yes, it's that feeling!
