Well, it depends, the new Xeon is based on the Pentium III design, so your
question does not make much sense, mainly because, you forgot to specify the
speed of the Xeon's.  There are Xeon's which run on 1GHz, so a Quad Xeon running
on 1GHz would be much faster than a dual Pentium III running at 933 MHz.
