I used to chat with Dave all the time on ICC.  I haven't seen him there in
at _least_ a couple of years now.  Last I heard he lived in Mobile, Alabama,
but he has had plenty of time to move.  I haven't personally seen him in about
6 years now, last time was at the very last ACM computer chess event that was
held, around 1995.
