Nf6+ found in 15 minutes, resolved after 39 minutes at +5.  The line I
get is pretty long, I can't understand it given that I have the flu.

I had Nxe3 after 10 minutes at +0.33, then Rxe3 failed high and came
back at +0.70.  I didn't run it through the next ply.

I don't get the key, but my notes say "FH/FL", meaning fail high fail
low, which I assume means that it failed high on it but couldn't resolve
it.
