At 1.2Ghz I would definitely look for a high quality cpu cooler. For example, I
use a very nice Globalwin with a 7000rpm fan (noisy) for my athlon cpu. I also
have 2 additional fans to circulate air through the case. For 1.2 Ghz, you
should at the very least have a cooling setup like mine.
