Pete,
I stumbled across this within the last month. I don't how well "400 Standard
Opening" are covered. In fact not even one game is included, just the opening
moves. I think you might like either of the two files listed near the top, .pgn
or .cbf format. Here's the url:

Hope it's usefull in some manner. Also I have the .pgn with line * terminators
