A question for Fritz 5 devotees, perhaps even Matthias. I have a Toshiba 480 CDT notebook with 233 mHz Pentium MMXprocessor and 80 Mb of RAM running Windows 95. From what I have read and heard, I should be able to get very large hash tables, but whenever I set them above 40 Mb the hard disk spins continually and the program hangs. This occurs even when nothing else at all is running in Windows. Any ideas? By the way. I think that all the Hoo Haa about whether or not Fritz deserves its top rating is just sour grapes. I seem to recall similar "bad mouthing" of Rebel when it was at the top. Malcolm
