Well on one hand I am not Peter Skinner.

On the other, I am using his webspace. I don't see the problem with this.

For the bulletin board I am using I required php for it. There are currently on
3 free hosts that allow this type of free service.

Of the three, I was told that Netcabins offered the best service. I was not able
to set up an account, and Peter did have one that was there, but not in use. I
asked if I could use it, and he gave it to me. I personally don't like the
username, but I can not change it until they allow more member signups. Only
EXISTING account are able to re-activate the accounts.

As Peter now uses Tera-Byte hosting for his web needs he didn't require the
Netcabins account.

Sorry for any confusion, but we are not the same person.

I am a much better chess player, he is the better web designer. He is very busy,
I am not. He does read the boards, but even in the past, he did not post much,
and continues not to post much.
