What kind of an idiot do you think I am. You never sent any tracking papers, you also never sent any shipping reciepts. IF you had sent the computer insured, it would have gotten here, but it never did. That's been pretty well established. You've also NEVER made any attempts to show ANYONE at CCC that you ever shipped me the computer. You also claimed to have blocked my email address a long time ago, and you're saying I never emailed? Well, I wouldn't bother emailing someone who says he have blocked my email. You can't take legal action because you've got nothing. You claimed you were selling me a used computer for $300, and it never arrived, nothing, and when I emailed you about it, you refused to resond to my email. So I brought it up at CCC, and NOTHING you said held any water. And this latest excuse with the idea of David Wilke being over at your house using your computer? Ok, that's rediculous. Look at the timeline of your posts, you decided to post as Peter Skinner again, and then a few minutes later you're saying David Wilke posted using your Peter Skinner account? You gotta give us more credit that that, we're not that stupid. You expect everyone to believe that you haven't been posting at CCC for all this time, and yet instantly,once your name was mentioned, you magically appear again . None of this holds water. Return the $300 Skinner. Pete
