As stated, I believe he either can't or won't return the money.
You're telling us he can... which means he just isn't willing.
A brilliant man would take ten minutes to scan the image and ftp
it to a web server.  Not hard to do.

$900 for 40 folks?  Were you eating at McDonalds?
