Subject: Who is 'Lord Lucan' on icc?

Last week I was lucky to watch a series of amazing blitz games by someone on icc
called Lord Lucan.  He is not rated as a GM, IM, or FM but happened to beat
quite a few of them during the time I watched!  Does anyone have any idea who he
might be?
