Easy. CM8000 is very good if you are beginning chess or up to mid-club player strength. Annotations are on almost every move "Moves it to safety" etc Fritz6 is less "natural English" but can list interesting lines, refer to it's database for similar games and gives English text as key points. Fritz can also create training questions for you based on your game. You will learn more from Fritz6 analysis than CM8K. For these reasons I believe Fritz6 to be superior.
