Nero 3 is still very unfinished program. It's not a surprise that it lost this game. I used a pentium, so Nero sure had more power in calculations. But Nero has almost no selectivity and almost no chess knowledge yet. (Which can be noticed as strange moves like 12. Nh4 and 13. g4.) First nine moves of each side were from opening books. Later moves were made after calculating about one hour for each. Both program would have had longer booklines, but there was a little difference in their books: Nero's bookline had 9. .. Re8 and Elite had (and played) 9. .. Qe8. HOW ABOUT other programs having this opening? (Or DOES SOMEONE know this opening? How it should be?)
