Thomas, thanks for your analysis. Yace searched 12 plies deep in the actual
game. At the next ply it would have got a fail low for Ne4 after only a few
seconds, then switching to e4, then to Kb1 and eventually to Nb3. This is from
memory, when I tried after the game on the Paderborn hardware. I cannot easily
reproduce this here, because of the slow hardware and little memory. In
Paderborn (PIII 933) Yace was more than 3 times faster than on my K6-2 475. I
also used 160 MB hash (180 in some games). Here, I can use 40 MB at most, when
dedicating my computer totally. With this, it needed allready 4 times as long
for the small depths and over half an hour to switch to e4, after which I lost
patience.

Regards,
Dieter.
