According to Rebel this could be the possible continuation :

The line goes like this: 45.Ra6? Qe3! 46.Qxd6 Re8! 47.h4! h5! 48.Bf3 Qc1+ 49.Kf2
Qd2+ 50.Be2 Qf4+ 51.Kg1 Qe3+ 52.Kh2 Qf4+ 53.Kh3 Qxf5+ 54.Kh2 Qf4+ 55.Kg1 Qe3+
56.Kf1 Qc1+ 57.Kf2 Qf4+ 58.Ke1 Qc1+ 59.Bd1 Qxc3+ 60.Kf1 Qc1! 61.Ke2 Qb2+ 62.Kf1
Qc1

Note 60..Qc1!

According to Nimzo 8 this could be the possible continuation:

The line goes like this: 45.Ra6? Qe3! 46.Qxd6 Re8! 47.Bf3 (if 47.h4! h5! changes
nothing) 47..Qc1+ 48.Kf2 Qd2+ 49.Be2 Qf4+ 50.Ke1 Qc1+ 51. Bd1 Qxc3+ 52.Kf1 Qc1!
and White's king can't wriggle out of perpetual check.

Clearly there was no hope in 45.Ra6? Qxc6 (or 45..Qxd8 46.Ra7+ Kg8
47.Rd7)46.dxc6 Rc8 47.Ra7+ Rc7 48.Ra8 and Black is hogtied.

A human being after either being tire or falter, even in the category of Ex
World Champion Kasparov can't always see far enough. Most of the time machines
take advantages of human fatigue especially in game matches where the time
control is greater than 40\120.

According to Kasparov he rejected 45.Ra6? Qe3! because, in his mind's eye, he
saw 46.Qxd6 Qxe4 47.Ra7+ Kg8 48.Qxb8+ Kh7 49.Ra1 Qf4+ 50.Kg1 Qe3+ 51.Kh1 and the
king escapes by ducking into the corner.
