Uri,
Your move is VERY tough and it is possible that it refutes the draw
evaluation. There are however a few lines that need to be analyzed in detail
before changing the verdict.
I moved this one move earlier to answer the question, "what about Kf8?"
[D]4r3/3Q1kp1/R4p1p/1p1PpP2/1Pp1B3/2P1q2P/6P1/5K2 b - -
The first is of course the mainline from your idea:
a) 47.Qd7+ Re7 (47...Kf8 48.Ra7 Qf4+ 49.Bf3 Qc1+ 50.Kf2 Qd2+ 51.Kg1 Qe3+ 52.Kh2
Qf4+ 53.g3) 48.Qc6 Qf4+ 49.Bf3 Qc1+ 50.Kf2 Qd2+ 51.Kg1 Qe3+ 52.Kh2 Qf4+ 53.g3
Qxf3 54.d6 Qxc6 55.Rxc6 Re8 (55...Rd7 looks terrible and I have few doubts it
loses) and in this line all depends on whether or not Black can save the
endgame.
Ex: 56.Kg2 Ra8 57.Kf3 Ra2 (57...Ra3 58.Rc7+ Ke8 59.Ke4 Rxc3 60.Kd5) 58.Rc7+ Ke8
59.Rxg7 Rd2 60.Re7+ Kd8 61.Re6 Rd3+ 62.Ke4 and White looks winning but the line
isn't forced and rook endings can be very tricky.
b) The other serious attempt is 47.Qd7+ Re7 48.Qc6 Qxe4 49.d6 Qb1+ ( 49...Qxc6
50.Rxc6 looks like line a) but the differences need analyzing also) 50.Kf2 Qxf5+
51.Kg1 Rd7 52.Qxb5 Qe6 53.Qc5 and... it looks good for White but again it would
need proper analysis to confirm.
