Oh, well, at least Aaron was closer than I was anyhow.  It seems to have an
unexpected file name

CHSSBASE INI           115  03-01-01  1:21a ChssBase.ini

You'd expect it to be chessbase.ini, but for some odd reason it's chssbase.ini.
I suspect that that's because they've used the same file name ever since their
programs were used in Windows 3.1.

On MOST computers, you'll be able to doubleclick on any ini file, and it'll open
up in the Notepad editor, which is ideal for editing that file.
