I think h6 lost the game for Deep Blue, as it then also wanted to play g5.
If you're not tempted to h6 you for sure aren't tempted to g5 as there
is no supporting pawn!

But anyway. Fact is that deep blue didn't even expect Qe3. It expected
Qxc6...
