Not always, but if you are 100-1000 times faster you definitely have an
advantage...

IBM's marketing department are *very* satisfied with the current situation:
"Deep Blue beat the World Champion".

Obvoiusly, you can only go down from that position, so IBM retired their player
while beeing the unbeaten champion.

Not for sale. You probably would have to buy the entire IBM to get access to
Deep Blue.

That ís pretty easy to find out, if you turn the question around:
Are the people that are rich enough also interested?
