My advice is to update Yace to 0.99.01 . I have played some games with this new Yace version against top professional programs running under Chessbase GUI using the Kure book Nimzo8.ctg. The results are simply astonishing ! I had tested Yace 0.23 previously and wasn't too impressed after all but the new version is definitely _much_ stronger ( not enough games for statistical significance though ;-) ) Good luck with your tournament ! pete
