When activated does these features make rebel stronger? if so by how many elo points? Does this eco knowledge increase the depth of Search? What if Moves in the Cat database were analyzed by inferior hardware, thus producing inaccurate results, how does rebel compensate? I have read the maunal but it is still not completely clear what the cat and eoc databases actual do, or how it improves rebel's performance.
