The "ttable_size" setting is obsolete in CM8000. The "book" setting SHOULD NOT
BE CHANGED! If it IS changed, then I would suspect that many of the
analysis/advice features would fail.

I'm not sure why they are even in the CM.INI and USER.INI files, but there they
are! Either way, these settings should not be changed in CM8000, as changing the
first one would have no effect, and changing the second one could do very bad
things.

The ONLY way you will be able to change ANY hash table size will be via the new
[mentor] group setting, and it will ONLY change the size of the mentor engine's
hash table. The table sizes of the personalities must be modified via the
personality editor.
