Praticularly onerous is clearing of results for every move. As far as I can tell you are referring to the use of the winboard.eng. This I believe is a known fact that it happens in some cases. The autoplayer used to play other programs as far as I have been able to find out was never proved to produce different results from playing the games manually. Also that again ignores Dr. Hyatt's original statement on the subject, which was relevant to the SSDF changing or using settings or engines not generally available, which referred to the engine in the released program being different to the one released with the autoplayer. Not whether the autoplayer contributed to different results. This autoplayer issue kinda sidesteps the original statement as were it released to the public and the SSDF were also using it that isn't a case of the SSDF doing anything wrong. Sarah.
