Ah Fernando you certainly seem to have your finger right on the pulse when it comes to the human psyche.There has been many an occasion when I have spent far yoo much on a chess programme than I needed to.As you say human beings don't always behave rationally.And don't manufacturers ansd sales people know it. cheers al
