Subject: Highest eval nad no win?

 Just a question to everyone:
 What is the highest positive evaluation you have seen a program display and not
win  ...and what is the lowest eval you have seen  a program display and not
lose?


Me personally is somewhere around +7  with tiger aginst Hiarcs732 with Tb.
Hiarcs was able to salvage the draw in endgame. Tiger at the very end saw around
+3.5 or so
