It is a major problem. > >Ed Ed ! Of course, I agree with you. But they Ignored one question with a problem with I sent them around 6 months ago, and the other one 3 months ago ! If they can't solve the problem, they have to inform me. And the problems I sent them took place on many computers and I received e-mails from the other chess players who were also waiting for the solution. Just a few people here wrote they indeed received an answer from CB. Of course I mean the German CB. Ed, when you go to a supermarket and they simply ignore you, will you return back the other day ?
